Just want to make a recommendation for roofing contractors if anyone is still on the fence about having their shingles replaced. Roger and his crew with Aftermath contractors (888-9REBUILD) went above and beyond with the level of detail they put in to replacing my roof, and repairing and staining my fence. Roger upgraded me to a 30yr architectural shingle, which looks great, but that wasn’t the part that impressed me the most. Roger was on site making sure the job was done right from start to finish. Also, most of the houses that had their roofs replaced in the neighborhood with 30yr shingles had their ridge caps replaced with cheaper less durable 3-tab shingles. I noticed Roger used ridge cap material that was made for the ridges, rather than just cutting cheaper 3-tab shingles like most of the others were done in the neighborhood. They could have easily used 3 tabs for the ridge caps, and pocketed the rest. They also replaced my faded plastic roof vents with metal vents that don’t fade. Again, the difference in cost of materials could have been pocketed, and I probably would have never known, but small details like that add up and make a huge difference. It also tells you how much pride they take in their work and reputation.

5 stars is not enough. We were hit by Hurricane Ida last year. We called several contractors and decided to go with Aftermath, and so glad we did. We called Roger and he answered the phone and we explained what was going on. He then went in great detail what he was going to do. He sent guys over to tarp or dry in our roof to help mitigate further damage. Then after our insurance company did their inspection, Roger did his inspection. Aftermaths inspection was more thorough than our insurance of course. Roger then helped us and guided us through every process with what to do and say to insurance to get them to respond quickly. He is so knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. So glad we went with Aftermath Contractors LLC. I can’t say enough about Roger and his team, how great the quality of work was. Aftermath went above all of me and my wife’s expectations he did everything he said he was going to do and more. So thank you Roger for putting my home back together . There was so much more, nobut to put it simply Roger is very thorough, professional and will help you fight with insurance company to get everything you are entitled to.

Roger and his crew did a amazing job in re-roofing my residence here is Sunset Point. His crew was very professional and extremely courteous. The best part is the clean up. I was worried about my back yard due to I have 3 large dogs. There was not 1 scrap of materials left in my yard, not even a nail. I’m impressed. Aftermath keeping doing excellent work for my neighbors here in Sunset Point.

What the other reviewers won’t say about Roger is how he will help you navigate the labyrinth insurance companies lay out in front of you. He showed up when insurance adjustor was here, and even pointed out things to the adjustor he had missed.

Insurance company approved the repair but the amount they gave me was a slap in the face. Roger pointed me in the right direction to self advocate. Thanks to his guidance, the insurance company finally paid a fair amount.

As far as the work done, top tier. Very happy with the end result. He was able to get me an upgrade within scope of what insurance approved.

His crew arrived early and even had their shirts tucked in! What kind of roofer does that? Very respectful, very professional crew. My wife got called in to go to work and they had to move their trailer so she could leave the garage. They didn’t complain but instead apologized for blocking us in.

It was truly a joy to have Roger work on my house and help me through all this. I am looking forward to our next project and will definitely be using Aftermath Contractors.

My house was damaged for Hurricane Ida, and Roger and his crew has been diligently working to get us back in our house with my special needs son. After Hurricane Ida hit in August of 2021 my house, like almost every other house in the parish took some damage. Most of the shingles were gone and the wood was exposed. Our fence was completely gone. Compared to a lot of people we were very lucky and received minimal damage however we still need new roof, fence, and gutters. I contacted Roger with Aftermath and he told me he would take care of all the repairs. He did SO much more than that. When my insurance company was trying to take advantage of me Roger stepped in. He advised me of information that my insurance company was legally obligated to provide, but they were trying to withhold. With Rogers help I was able to get the full claim amount. Within a week of contacting Roger I had a brand new roof. Way quicker than most of my neighbors. It was not only done fast but with quality materials and quality work. No shortcuts were taken and the roof looks amazing. Shortly after the roof was completed Rogers crew showed up to replace my fence. Again, top notch work. Quality materials used and the crew did fantastic work. When picking up trash and scraps at the end of the job they even hauled off the debris pile I had in the backyard. Throughout the whole process Roger has maintained great communication. He has kept me updated every step of the way. He even came back with snacks for my dogs when he realized he didn’t have anymore in his truck. Roger is a down to earth east to talk to person. It’s obvious that he’s passionate about his work and truly cares about his clients. I 1000% recommend Aftermath and Roger. By far the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. After the devastation and confusing times after the hurricane, Roger took a huge weight off my shoulders.

Hurricane IDA caused the fireplace chimney to collapse onto the roof and subsequently went through with water damage to the second and first floors. Within the first day after, Roger came to the house and set up for emergency remediation. I know that the request for upfront cash is scary, but Roger knew all the aspects of the insurance business. I did due checking for license, insurance and everything was legitimate. Roger did a fantastic remediation, and he was spot on for the insurance repaying the initial money outlay immediately. He did a phenomenal job with his crews to repair the house from roofing, sheetrock, painting and floors. He also handled the repairs for the fence and the gutters. He kept me in the loop at all times and was accessible at any time I had questions. The workmanship was excellent. I can truly say that he took a great load off my shoulders. At a time when there were no local contractors available, Aftermath Contractors, LLC was a God send. Roger was there to help with all insurance supplements throughout the repair process. Aftermath Contractors are very professional and knowledgeable. He knows how to get the insurance company pay us for what was needed. We had to have our solar panels removed and a new roof put on. Once the roof was finished. The solar panels were put back up. All this was done in the time he said it would take.

Roger handled everything when the hail storm hit! They are professional and were there to meet the adjuster on my behalf. I would definitely recommend them if you want the job done right and fast. They are very dependable.
